To sit for the BICSI Registered Information Transport Systems Professional (RITSP) exam, candidates must: Be a current BICSI Registered

Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), or have been within the past five years. They have at least three years of verified professional experience in information transport system (ITS) design Be a current member of the good standing of a BICSI-recognized ITS credentials program, such as the Fiber Optics LANSection (FOLS) program administered by the Fiber OpticAssociation (FOA). Additionally, all candidates for the RITSP must agree to abide by the BICSICode of Ethics. To apply for the RITSP exam, candidates must submit an Exam Application Form

and an Exam Eligibility Form, along with the appropriate fees. After review and approval by BICSI Exam Dumps staff, candidates will be notified of their acceptance into the program and given instructions on how to schedule their exam.

Exam Format

The RITSP is a computer-based examination consisting of 150 multiple-choice questions. A passing score on the exam is 70%. Candidates are given three hours to complete the exam. The RITSP is offered in English only.

Retake Policy & Validity

Candidates who do not pass the examination may retake it after 30 days but must wait at least six months before retesting a third time. There are no limits on the number of times a candidate may retake the examination. Upon successful completion of the examination, candidates will be awarded the RITSP credential and will be listed in the Official RITSP Registry maintained by BICSI.

The credential is valid for four years from the date of issuance. RITSPs are required to earn 40 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) during each four-year renewal period in order to maintain their credential in good standing.
